Shaun is the founding Director of a process design and project management company specialising in the food and beverage industry. He began his career at 16, entering the food sector directly upon leaving school and qualifying as an engineer. Building on this practical foundation, Shaun progressed into senior engineering roles within large-scale food manufacturing organisations.
Today, he leverages this extensive, hands-on operational experience to direct complex engineering projects and design efficient process solutions for the industry. Driven by a passion for supporting enthusiastic, talented people, Shaun consistently introduces development programs to deliver long term positive advantage to the individual and organisation.
Our team not only has over 75 years meat industry experience, but decades of knowledge from other food sectors and the field of vocational education too.
